Custom Joinery and Cabinet Making

Our Workshop
Our factory is set up primarily to produce melamine, veneer, MDF, ply and plastic sheets for cabinetry products. We supply these for custom joinery, vanities, kitchen cabinets and countertops, shopfitting, and furniture (both residential and commercial). Our Biesse 3600 x 1500mm flatbed CNC router. This performs precision routing and drilling operations to meet all your panel processing needs. With automatic self-load and unload capabilities, this machine increases efficiency and improves our factory productivity, allowing us to work fast and work well.
Our Computer Aided Design (CAD) programme. Microvellum – a woodworking software we use – communicates with the Biesse CNC to produce precise and detailed cut outs, allowing a smooth flow from raw to perfectly processed panels with a range of profiles. Its benefits include automation, precision, reduction of waste and errors, and reducing the time the finished product takes to get to market.
Brandt Edge Bander. In combination with our other tools, this bander means we can produce all your custom joinery requirements, ensuring a product you can rely on for high quality work.
We also use a Masterwood pod and rail CNC router, panel saws, spindle moulders, thicknesser, buzzer/planer and boring machines for refining our expertly crafted projects. This combination of machining vastly improves our products and overall capacity, allowing us to create:
