Our skilled machinists can match any timber profile, creating anything from bulk orders of 400+ meters, down to a single meter of a hard to find heritage skirting profile.
The Process

Prior to production, we can give you a price to match the construction of any sample profile you bring into us. All we need is a sample piece over 100mm long - we can take it from there.

We can give you a timeframe for both small and large orders, prior to production.

Our skilled machinists will then match the profile to the timber and quantities required.
This process can sometimes take multiple passes through the machines as we switch out the blades used - but the end result is worth it.

We are accredited Accoya machinists, and can work with you to create timber profiling, or even high end exterior joinery, windows and doors.
